Configure access rights for API users in greytHR application

greytHR Tally Integration feature offers an add-on for Tally to directly connect greytHR with Tally. To facilitate this integration process, the API users are required to access the information in greytHR. The greytHR Implementation team must ensure to provide the API User Provisioning access for a particular user. 

To enable the API access for a user, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

2. Select the required user card and click the Edit icon. A form appears.

3. From the Category dropdown list, select the option Select Category.

4. In the Search search box, type API. The API features list appears.

5. Select API User Provisioning and click the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide access to the API user.
