Track employee's workflow applications

Tracking employees' workflow applications involves monitoring and keeping records of the software applications or tools used by employees to manage their workflows and tasks within the organization. It involves maintaining a log or inventory of the applications utilized by employees and tracking their usage patterns.

The Workflow Track section in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to track the status of various applications of the employees. You can view the application details such as Leave Type, Days, From and To date, Reason, and Remarks. You can also accept or revoke an application and export the list of the employee's applications.

This page enables you to track the status of the applications of all the employees if the admin is appointed as a reviewer.

To view the pages, click Workflow > Track.

You can view the following pages under the Track section:

  • Attendance Regularization

  • Permission

  • Overtime

  • Leave Encashment

  • Reimbursement ClaimΒ 

  • Claims

  • Letter Requests

  • Leave

  • Leave Comp Off

  • Leave Cancel

  • Help Desk

Track the employees’ workflow applications

To track the employees’ workflow applications, perform the following actions:

  1. Under the Track section, select the required page. The page displays the list of application requests.

  2. On the required page, using the List dropdown filter, select the Active option to view the application cards of the employees.

  3. Click the required application card. The card expands and displays detailed information about the application. The page also displays the Category, Created Date, Reason, Amount, Remarks, and Workflow History.
